The structural repair process typically starts with an initial review of the visual damage as well as removing a portion of the cosmetic material (sheetrock, brick, siding, stone) to expose the structure.  After that is completed an engineer will review the area and develop a Plan of Repair.

After discussion with the engineer, American Property Services will perform the structural repair.  These repairs take unique skills as they often require multiple temporary structures be built to support areas of your home while the repairs at taking place.

Before closing up the area with cosmetic material, we photograph the repair and/or have the engineer review the area.  Finally, we get 100% sign off from the engineer and the homeowner.
